How your Ford can help you this summer | Heartland Ford of Heber Springs, Arkansas

Summertime is here! We know our nation is currently looking a little “different” due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Vacations are being rescheduled, social distancing is now a persistent thing, businesses are opening back up slowly. It can be difficult to navigate these items while keeping social distance in mind. But, let’s think outside of the box. Sure we might not be able to do our normal activities BUT that doesn’t mean we can’t make the most of it! We, at Heartland Ford, have come up with some creative ideas for this time that include your own Ford vehicle! So sit tight, grab a bowl of popcorn, and keep reading for some summer fun activities!

Summer Activities in your Ford

  1. Take your Ford Truck Camping! Yes, you heard right! Now if you want to do some serious camping we suggest buying a camper like the one in the above picture, but not everyone has that type of cash to spend. We get that! Another option would be to buy a tent for your Ford truck. A little easier on your wallet and still the same effect! Go camping, once things open up, or stay in your backyard for a night of camping!

  2. Scenic Drive - Take your Ford vehicle on a scenic drive. And, hey! If you need to blare “Route 66” from your Ford premium speakers, we won’t judge you! Grab that Sonic beverage and hit the open road.

  3. Have a picnic! This is something super easy to put together and you will get quality family time. Take a blanket and sit in the bed of your Ford Pickup. Better yet, take your Ford SUV and open the trunk to sit. Park it at the lake, park, or even your driveway - the options are endless!

We know these are uncertain times but we hope this brings some entertainment and joy to your life. And if you are in the market for a new Ford vehicle, we are open at Heartland Ford in Heber Springs, Arkansas today. We hope to see you soon!
